However, it simply takes... ...persistence and a forced belief in yourself. I cannot tell you how many times I retract to negative thinking on days which are not so pleasant. However, I always manage to get back on track to better thinking. This is simply because I look at all of the hard times as lessons. These lessons will help me to achieve my end goal. You may not always realize what you’re learning at the time of the hardship, but you will in time. The law of attraction may sound cliche and you may have a hard time believing in it. Look at it this way- What do you have to lose in life by being positive and focused on your goals? With the right thought process, you can easily manifest a miracle in your life! A negative attitude never did anything positive for anyone. So even if circumstances aren't the best for you in the present moment, stay positive! There is always another person who is suffering through much worse circumstances. Keep that in mind. Losing weight or reaching any type of life goal is never easy. It takes persistence, consistent action, motivation, and positive thinking. My hope is that after reading this blog that you will be positively influenced to change your way of thinking into a more positive light. You have nothing to lose after all! About The Law Of Attraction The Law of Attraction packs the single most powerful message in everyday life that motivates people to give up on all of their negative inhibitions and replace them with a more positive outlook towards life. Simply put, the Law of Attraction encourages people to put out positive thoughts into the universe following which the universe will reciprocate with positivity as well. While this may seem like a task that is better said than done, you will come to realize that the power of positive thinking is potent. My Personal Law Of Attraction Story (So Far) My first experience with the law of attraction was after reading the book “The Secret” as well as watching the film. Though the book and especially the film is a bit over dramatized, it has a great message which really motivated me to take action with what I wanted to achieve. I created a vision board as suggested which includes all of my life goals and the “vision” of where I see myself in a few years. Some of my personal goals on my vision board include; -Making a comfortable living with a health and wellness career online so I can have the freedom to travel and work from home while still positively influencing the lives of others. -Achieving my goal physique and maintaining it for life. -Publishing quality ebooks which serve to greatly help my readers. -Standing up for corruption and extreme inequality in society. -Getting my dream car (which I now have) -Getting a condo on the beach. Every person’s goals are different. Some of my goals on my vision board, I have even already achieved! One of those being buying my dream car, which ended up being a 12,000 dollar toyota convertible. (I’m not hard to please) Some may be more complex than others. I personally have a very complex mind and struggle to keep things simple! Your vision board and goals can be much more simple than mine. : ) Your goals can be anything in the world you want them to be. I highly suggest putting them on paper or creating a vision board that you can look at each and every day. That should be step one. The following tips will also help you stay motivated and positive using the law of attraction. My Top 6 Tips on Using The Law Of Attraction in Motivating Yourself For Success 1. It is important that you fail and then learn from it: This is the true test of your positivity. It is only when you learn from your mistakes that you grow and it is this growth that makes you a better person. Once you make a mistake and experience failure, use that experience as a benchmark to never repeat it again and success will be yours. On the contrary, if you let the fear of failing again keep you from trying, you will never learn from your mistakes and eventually, you will never grow. 2. Make sure that you understand that you get to choose to live a positive life: You may have a million things to blame in life for something that did not go your way however, instead of pointing fingers at other people or things or even the situation and spreading negativity in the universe, the best thing that you can do is to find the positive aspect of the whole situation. Try to understand that things happen for a reason and that it is probably in your best interest that it has happened, even if you would not like to believe that at the moment. It is in your hands to decide what you are going to do about it – mope around and spread more negativity or take it in your stride and accept the fact and move on ahead in life. 3. When you think of a goal, do everything in your will to focus on it: You will have a million reasons to postpone something that you take up and truly want to work on it and this will lead to unwanted delays with the intensity of the goal eventually fading away. This could be something as simple as including a good workout schedule in your daily life to meet your fitness goals. In such a situation, the best thing that you can do is adopt an attitude wherein no matter what happens, you take that first step and build up on it gradually such that it ends up becoming a daily habit for you. It is always the first step that is the most difficult and once you adopt the do or die attitude, you will come to realize that you can take up almost any activity, whether big or small and make it a part of your daily life. 4. Finding inspiration in the most unlikeliest of situations is important: When you take up an activity and make it your goal focusing on achieving whatever it is that you have decided, the smallest amount of inspiration that you can find around you will help you work that much harder towards achieving your goal. One of the best parts about finding inspiration that will lead to motivation, thus positive thinking is the fact that we are surrounded by inspiration all around us. Whether it is an album by your favorite singer or a trek in the mountains, you will always find something that inspires you thus making you better at what you do and focusing on your goals better. 5. Put down what you want beginning with ‘I am’: You may not realize it but the words that you compile after this phrase is exactly what decides whether you put out positive or negative thoughts into the universe. Basically, it is important that you write down something positive about the things you want. You may want something very ardently however, there may be certain small or big issues that may prohibit you from getting to it; however, what the Law of Attraction focuses on is the fact that you need to focus on what you want and not the hurdles that can stop you from getting to it. Make sure that you write down only what you want and not the reasons why you cannot have it and then focus on what you have written and try to work towards making it happen. You will be surprised at the results that you get. 6. Always remain in the present: Finally, positive thinking is all about being in the present. Right now is what you should be focusing on. Do not let the past failures discourage you from taking risks and achieving the goals that you want from your life. At the same time, do not let your mind chase the fantasies of the future. While it is important to have goals and work towards achieving them one step at a time it is also equally important to make the most of what you have right this minute to make a positive and happy life for yourself and for those around you. The Law of Attraction uses the very simple formula – think positive and positive things will happen to you.
