This is one of my most delicious yet simple recipes! It serves to curb the cravings for typical high starch pizza and provides you with a healthy, tasty alternative! (without the added fat gain)
Be sure to add the Italian spices as it will enhance the flavor ten fold! This is one of the many TFG recipes which will help you lose more fat and gain more health without giving up your favorite foods!
Note: If you have a gluten allergy, cauliflower crust, egg crust, or gluten free wraps may be used. However, gluten free wraps tend to have much more starch and sugar then the low carb ones. You could also make crust out of coconut or almond flour. I suggest searching Pinterest for additional recipes! Enjoy! There will be many more to come!
